boji99 FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions & Answers

Yes, boji99 takes responsible gaming very seriously and we provide several powerful self-control tools. To use these tools, after logging in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner, then "Responsible Gaming" or "Responsible Gaming" section. Here you will find:

1. Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. For example, you can decide a maximum of BDT 500 per day or BDT 5,000 per month. Once set, you cannot deposit beyond this limit. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it requires a 24-72 hour waiting period.

2. Loss Limit: You can set the maximum amount you're willing to lose. Once you reach the limit, you won't be able to bet for that period.

3. Session Time Limit: Set how many hours you'll play per session. When time runs out, you'll receive an automatic reminder.

4. Take a Break: Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 6 months. You won't be able to log in during this period.

Using all these tools is completely confidential and under your control. You can change settings at any time.

Wagering requirement or turnover requirement means how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw it. This is a standard condition on all online betting sites. At boji99, most bonuses have a wagering requirement of 5x to 15x up to.

Let's understand with an example: Say you've received a 100% welcome bonus — you deposited BDT 1,000 and got BDT 1,000 as bonus. If the wagering requirement is 10x, you'll need to wager a total of 1,000 × 10 = BDT 10,000 before you can withdraw the bonus money. In some cases it's calculated on the bonus amount only, in others on deposit + bonus combined — this is clearly stated in the promotion terms.

Important information:

• Not all bets contribute to wagering. For sports bets, bets with odds of 1.50+ typically count 100%
• Bets with lower odds may count at a lower percentage
• Some games (like live casino) contribute 50-100%, some games 0%
• You can check your current wagering progress in "My Account" > "Bonus History" section
• Wagering must typically be completed within 30 days, otherwise the bonus will be forfeited

Always read the Terms and Conditions carefully before claiming bonuses.
